Overall, we had a comfortable stay. Check in and check out was smooth with instructions provided by the host and documents located at the unit. All pictures seemed up-to-date and the place was clean and as described in pictures. The air conditioning worked flawlessly during a very hot week. The only two very minor things I would advise to the host is that the second bedroom is very small. The couple we traveled with brought their dog and we had ours and there was no room for the dog to lay down in the guest bedroom. The other thing and this has nothing to do with the apartment or the host was that there were about five homeless people sleeping outside the residence during our stay. They didn’t bother us, but it was a concern when bringing out the dogs late at night for their rounds. Otherwise, the place was great pretty close to downtown clean and comfortable.

Super cute and convenient! Very welcoming, so nice to not have to pack coffee and creamer for a short stay. Very clean and well stocked. Parking is tight, convenient but tight, glad we did not bring my husbands pick up truck but other that that we would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Pros: the interior is very nice. Beds are comfortable, shower works well, kitchen is well equipped.Cons: we had a bad experience checking in; we were unable to get the electronic lock to work, after many tries, and the manager spoke to us as if we were cognitively impaired. As mature, well-traveled people (and I was a vacation rental host for years), this was quite surprising and insulting.Also, there is a center across the street for unhoused people, and several other similar support centers nearby. It's great that they're there and serving people in need, but it also created an atmosphere in which there were always men clustered and sleeping on the sidewalks outside the house, which made it uncomfortable for us coming in after dark.
