The house was the perfect size for our group of 10. It was clean and had everything we needed for cooking meals. Location was good and not too far from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was super duper cute and very clean! Love the one story, open floor plan and all the rooms and bathrooms. Easy to get to, near the beach, cute neighborhood with a nice pool and little pond. Would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved pretty much everything about this house. It was clean & spacious. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals, the bathrooms and bedding felt clean and there was plenty of parking. We enjoyed some of the games that were provided at the house, on the chilly nights. It’s the perfect location. And it was surprisingly quiet inside, even with all of the Spring Breakers around us! Would 100% stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the layout of the house with the large open layout and furniture was great for two families. The kids loved the game table too. Overall the house wasn’t as clean as we would have liked (obvious dirt on cabinets/baseboards ) in bathrooms and kitchen. And, it wasn’t clear in listing that we would have to drive to beach due to no access despite being really close. In the end, we rented a golf cart and the kids loved it but added expense we weren’t planning for. Also, we had an issue with a toilet and it took about 6+ hours for someone to come out.
