Very nice and helpful, landlady ad landlord; beautiful apartment with a small private garden and even with a place for barbecue. What is really wonderful is a location! Silent nice area with a convenient transport to Bologna Centrale (two stops on the local train (15 min.) and the same to Modena centrale.
The WiFi was sometimes weak. Also it would be nice to make extra power outlets, especially in the bedroom. The lighting in the bedroom also needs some improvement.
