Cette maison de plain-pied de 5 chambres a été construite en 1938 et est la maison la plus remarquable du quartier historique de Colee Hammock à Ft. Lauderdale. Les 2 espaces communs offrent beaucoup d'espace pour tout groupe. Il y a suffisamment d'espace pour dormir. Les lits queen dans 3 chambres et deux lits gigognes dans la quatrième chambre garantissent que tout le monde dans votre groupe dort confortablement. Faire un barbecue sur le pont et manger sous le porche couvert. Sortez de la porte de votre chambre vers le solarium et la piscine privée chauffée.
La maison est à quelques pas du célèbre boulevard Las Olas, qui abrite tous les magasins locaux, restaurants et points chauds. Pas besoin de louer une voiture. Vous serez situé en plein centre de tout cela. La propriété a une belle cour arrière avec une piscine chauffée et une très grande terrasse qui sont le point focal de la maison.

Overall we had a great stay. The location was excellent — close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, which made everything really convenient. The host was also easy to communicate with and responsive throughout the trip.There were a few quirks worth noting. Some of the lighting/light switches were difficult to figure out, and the bedding wasn’t the most comfortable. I’d also say the space may not realistically sleep 12 people comfortably depending on the group setup. That said, we still enjoyed our time and appreciated the location and accessibility of the property. Pretty good budget option.

The location is ideal! We did not rent a car and walked everywhere or took a SHORT Uber. The backyard is great and the pool is very nice and HEATED! Overall the house and the backyard landscaping has been VERY neglected. The mosquitoes were relentless in the backyard. The patio furniture was mostly broken (chairs) or old and very dirty (moldy chaise lounge cushions). The grill was not cleaned but did work very well. The house itself was big enough for our group of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of space and rooms and beds and the kitchen, while very small has what you need. However, It is very clear that the house has been very neglected in terms of aesthetic updates but also functional. While we had a nice time beware the pictures are note 100% accurate (there is no hot tub as pictured in the backyard) and the overall feel of the house is not as comfy and clean as we expected.
