Best Western Plus Sparks-Reno Hotel

Pet area, lobby, gym were great and the room was exceptional

Parking limitations

We were evacuated due to a fire and stayed three nights with the first night I booked through booking but the next two nights talked directly with the staff. I was given a low rate due to disaster relief. The restaurant had delicious dinner and the continental was great. We could take out dogs outside and the room was spacious.

The best part about our stay was the personal of the hotel. They made us feel super welcome and made everything very easy and comfortable

The breakfast was included, which was nice, but the food wasn't very good. There was also screamo music at the breakfast area, which was a bit of putting.

The Hotel is very nice. My room was beautiful.

The hotel was understaffed or perhaps, undertrained. We arrived to get our room key to find there were people already in our room. When I told the person behind the desk I felt dismissed. We finally were given a room ( non-handicapped) the next day we were moved to a handicapped room. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted our room cleaned and how often. I asked for service every other day. I never had the room cleaned. When I looked into this I was given towels each time. After 3 days I finally put the dirty towels out in the hall. My friend went to try out the gym and every machine was not in working order. I really wanted to like this hotel as the grounds are nice and our room was nice. I can’t recommend it at present because of the service.
