Les réservations effectuées pour 2020 sont soumises à des modifications de taux une fois que les contrats officiels sont établis à la fin de 2019 ** Aussi parfait qu'un coucher de soleil sur la plage de Wrightsville, cette superbe maison personnalisée vous emportera. Atlantis est une belle maison de son front à l'extrémité nord de Wrightsville Beach. Entrez sur le niveau du sol pour trouver un salon idéal pour les enfants. Un grand système de télévision à écran plat et Wii jeu avec deux futons doubles assurera le confort moderne. Tout est en dehors de la grande douche extérieure et l'accès à une zone de la cour latérale, à un jet de pierre de l'accès à la plage. Le niveau principal se compose d'un salon moderne avec une télévision à écran plat de 50 "et une cuisine gastronomique pour le chef de la famille. Profitez de l'océan et la bonne vue pendant que vous cuisinez quelques grands fruits de mer locaux sur la cuisinière à gaz. Prenez votre repas à l'une des deux aires de repos dans la salle à manger ou sur la porches avant sonores couverts ou découverts. Regarder le coucher chaque soir avec famille et amis et se détendre dans le hamac ou balançoires. Avec trois chambres à l'étage supérieur, le tout avec une vue imprenable, cette maison est sûr de plaire. La Master Suite privé a un grand jacuzzi et accès à une terrasse d'observation couverte qui donne sur le son et l'Intracoastal Waterway. La quatrième chambre est au niveau principal et peut être utilisée comme salle de télévision ou chambre avec canapé-lit et une vue magnifique. Les animaux domestiques ne sont pas admis. This house was a great fit our multi-family stay. Though we did need to call management with a problem, the concern was promptly repaired. The sound views are awesome!

We rented Atlantis in Wrightsville Beach and were happy with our stay. There were six adults and two children in our party and there was plenty of space. The house was roomy with big windows to give an airy feel to it. There was a killer view over the marsh land and a new dock that went a few hundred feet out. The kitchen was well appointed with almost everything we needed. The location was close to beach and just a few minutes from shops and restaurants.
On the negative side, there was an ant problem. Not horrible but enough to be annoying. Also, the water had a sulphur smell although the ice and fridge water were filtered and odor free. This house was listed as being “enhanced cleaned”, a step above your average cleaning. We found it not to be the case and spent some time cleaning it ourselves. The slipcovers on the couches and chairs needed to be cleaned or changed out.

I will preface this statement with the fact that this rental replaced my prior reservation due to storm damage from Hurricane Florence. This home was available and had minimal damage. I had to pay extra for this house above what my rental price for the two condos that had to be canceled. I was disappointed that the home had some water damage/ mold/mildew in the downstairs room. So we lost the use of one bedroom for our large family. We made do with what we had but were very disappointed that the owner did not fairly compensate us for the loss of two beds for the entire week.
