We loved this home,

Good stay with my sister's family and mine! The spacious double-wide fits 11 people well with the advertised beds plus two long couches and a chaise. Right on the water, with a beautiful view. Was nice to sit at the couch and watch the view out the glass doors if not wanting to be on the big porch. Separate dog run accessible from the laundry room. Plenty of parking for the allowed 5 cars in the driveway.

Relaxing stay for sure and hope to return one day

Pros: right on the water with beautiful sunrise and sunsets, has boat dock, sleeps a large family or group, pool table (although it leans to one side), ample parking Cons: 1.) NO DISHWASHER. Unless you fully trust how well the people before you hand washed the dishes and silverware- prepare to hand wash all dishes prior to use. Also, prepare to hand wash all dishes used during your stay (and put away). 2.) The house needs serious attention to the number of spiders, webs and nests on the back patio. 3.) it claims to be pet friendly but has no fenced in area for the dog to use the bathroom. Also, it appears all of the neighbors allow their dogs to roam freely, creating a very difficult situation to walk dogs or allow them to potty. 4.) Master bathroom door doesn’t close 5) the door handle to to the bedroom with the bunk does not operate properly-leaving my 5 year old screaming one night needing to use the bathroom thinking he was locked in the room. 6) No Wi-Fi 7) only one TV 8) while it was unlocked during our stay- just as a heads up- the thermostat has a lock box around it and is set at 74 degrees. You have to text the owners to get permission to unlock the box to change the thermostat. 9) Master bedroom mattress uncomfortable
