Beautiful Upper Level Home, 1 Block to Forsyth Park by Lucky Savannah
À l’étage supérieur, vous trouverez une grande cuisine sur mesure avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et un bar pour le petit-déjeuner. Ouverte sur la salle à manger, il y a amplement d’espace pour que chacun puisse prendre son repas ensemble Trois ensembles de portes françaises dans le salon mènent à votre patio privé. Un gril à gaz, une table pour huit personnes et une vue sur le parc Forsyth en font un cadre idéal pour dîner en plein air.
Au troisième étage se trouvent trois autres chambres, une avec deux lits jumeaux et deux autres avec lits queen. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche séparées, parfaite pour une soirée de détente. De grandes portes-fenêtres laissent entrer beaucoup de lumière naturelle et donnent sur un balcon privé, pour que vous puissiez vous asseoir et regarder le monde passer.
Vous serez à un pâté de maison de Kroger, la seule épicerie complète du quartier historique, mais suffisamment proche de toutes les options de restauration de Savannah pour ne jamais avoir besoin de cuisiner! Le matin, promenez-vous au café Maté Factor et découvrez le café biologique, les thés au maté, les muffins maison, les danoises et même les fruits fourrés.

- Ça s'appelle Parkside pour une raison. Une minute de marche vous place dans le plus grand espace vert public de Savannah, idéal pour un pique-nique, un jogging ou emmener les enfants au meilleur terrain de jeu de la ville. Avons-nous mentionné le marché du samedi matin?
- Il existe de nombreuses places de stationnement dans la rue, non équipées de compteurs, idéales pour les groupes comptant plusieurs voitures.
- L'appartement connecté au rez-de-jardin (premier étage) fait de Parkside un excellent choix pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité, car aucun escalier n'est impliqué.

Our stay here was really good. The location is perfect. You can hear mild traffic noise from the street but nothing too bad. Having a parking space in the garage was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

I did do a review, maybe it was directly to Lucky Savannah...but here goes.
This property was fabulous for our annual getaway. Walking distance to grocery and free transportation. The home was spotless! The kitchen had better equipment than my own home. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, clean sheets/towels and hot showers. We would definitely
stay there again.
Only two issues - the front door key code was not working when we arrived. It took over 30 minutes to resolve with Lucky Savannah because the office was short staffed - only 2 people handling all lines at check-in time. Still the CSR was very polite/apologetic and continued to come back to the call, but I was put on a long hold at least 4 times. Finally, she agreed to stick with my call and reset the key code remotely.
The other issue, that wasn't really an issue, just a comment - we were there on Veterans day. Our corner is the staging area for the big parade. We woke to drum lines warming up and bands/ROTCs in every direction. It actually was pretty cool for awhile and we only had to walk a block to Forsyth Park to get an Uber when we were ready. We were warned by the neighbor/owner the night before, but this might be a good thing for someone to know ahead of time when they are booking.
