Élégant et d'inspiration classique avec des portes cintrées et des plafonds voûtés, Sabbatical ravira tout simplement! Directement en face de la plage et à quelques pas du centre-ville de Seaside, cet endroit est idéal. Le grand porche avec balançoire vous invite à profiter de l'air frais du matin. Promenez-vous à l'intérieur où vous serez accueilli par le salon formel avec cheminée et canapé-lit. Deux chambres doubles, chacune avec une salle de bain / douche privée, complètent le premier étage. À l'étage supérieur, dirigez-vous vers l'élégante cuisine très bien équipée avec un four double et une plaque de cuisson à induction, un balcon et une grande table à manger suffisamment spacieuse pour que toute la famille se presse. Il y a un balcon généreux de la cuisine avec vue sur le golfe pour votre plaisir. La suite principale surdimensionnée, également au deuxième étage, est absolument somptueuse! The location of this home is great. Directly across the street from the West Ruskin pavilion and a few steps from the shops and restaurants in the town square. The concierge host was great. They were there to meet us when we arrived late due to flight delays. There is some nighttime traffic noise on the street right outside the home, but it’s very quiet in the mornings. The upstairs master suite is huge and comfortable, but the bathtub/shower doesn’t have a separate enclosure, just a shower curtain that surrounds it. There are two step up/step down areas in addition to the staircase to the main living area, so may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Overall it was a wonderful home and location.

Sabbatical offered the most perfect, relaxed setting for our family and friends during spring break. The location cannot be any more perfect with quick walks to both the private beach access and all the offerings of town center. We drove our car only once during our stay just to visit Rosemary, so it was wonderful having everything we needed within walking or biking distance. Sitting on the second floor porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine with the beautiful view of the water. West Ruskin was a very quiet street during our stay, and we enjoyed daily morning walks all through Seaside before the crowds arrived. Homeowner's Collection offers top notch customer service, greeting us upon arrival and quick to answer any questions before or during our stay. The only disappointment was the size of the primary bathroom. It's very small for the size of the room, and we opted to use the downstairs showers. We look forward to returning again!

This rental is beautiful! You can see the gulf from the balcony while enjoying morning coffee from Amanda. The rooms seem magical and the master upstairs is like a private hotel room. Highly recommend! Only downside is the outside shower - hard to access without a clean path.

The location was fabulous! The house not so much.The bath/shower in the main bedroom is dangerous-there is no safe way to get in and out due to the design and it is in the bedroom, not the bathroom and therefore is not private. There are too many stairs and the laundry is on the back porch. There also is no outdoor grill.
