Ce charmant cottage est à quelques pas de la plage de La Jolla Shores, des restaurants et de toutes les activités. L'emplacement fabuleux est imbattable ... Les magasins et les nombreux restaurants sont à quelques pas ainsi que toutes les commodités de la plage. Ce chalet confortable dispose de 2 chambres, une avec un grand lit king-size et l'autre avec deux lits jumeaux. Une charmante cour privée et un pont arrière spacieux offrent un grand espace extérieur à apprécier. Le village est accessible à pied ou à quelques minutes en voiture. Venez profiter de tout ce que La Jolla Shores a à offrir.

The cottage is great. Plenty of room, well-equipped and a perfect location…a few blocks from the beach, restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent-with immediate responses to questions. We will surely be back.

Quick responses from the host! Great location, quiet neighborhood. Will book again! One thing to note is the garage size. My '23 Durango did not fit completely into the garage by about 4 inches. Anything smaller should be just fine!

Quiet and cozy. Two minute walking distance to surf shops and local restaurants. Five minute walk to beach. Also a two minute walk to the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club where we were playing a tennis tournament. It was a perfect spot for us!

The duplex is cute and charming and in a great location. There’s a long narrow driveway and a shared garage space available however we were unable to use it since the other renter had a large SUV that didn’t allow enough space to get by. We asked the manager, John, for assistance, however the other tenant wouldn’t compromise so we had to search for street parking in a popular beach location. I think a more accurate description of the parking feature would be “tandem parking”.The sheets in the master bedroom were sandy as was the bathroom mat. I’d recommend replacing the shower head as it’s too low in height. I’d also recommend adding a few sauce pans as there were only 2 big pots to cook in.
