Great location and property. So much space and you could walk to everything ! Pet friendly as well which is a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

great location - Clayton has always been one of my favorite streets. Walk to everything in Dewey/Rehoboth - so close to the beach, you can sit on the deck and see and hear the waves! Very comfortable unit!

Love this house. The location is perfect and it’s so great to bring the dogs.

The house is lovely and being so near the beach was a delight! The layout was good for families and the outside patio’s were nice to have.
The property really supplied nothing you need at a house. Like, nothing. We had to buy so much stuff that we weren’t expecting. The neighbors were rude about having a dog that we needed to walk. The house was not cleaned well when we checked in! The floors turned our feet black almost immediately. We also found someone else’s garbage around the house, and my four year old niece picked up a previous guest’s THONG off the floor! Nasty. The manager was responsive and sent the cleaning crew back while we were there but they were very rude about having to come back. But after they mopped, the floors were better. They obviously didn’t clean the floors in between guests.
Overall the location was the best part of the house. The cleanliness issue really needs to be taken care of. And for the price, I would’ve expected at least some basic amenities.
