Situé au milieu de Gatlinburg. Entièrement rénové à l'hiver 2015/2016.
Notre unité Premier No Pets a une chambre avec un lit Queen size confortable et une grande télévision murale à écran plat, un décor personnalisé avec des stores de plantation.
La cuisine a de belles armoires en chêne, une nouvelle cuisinière électrique à quatre brûleurs en verre, un grille-pain, un grand four à micro-ondes, un nouveau réfrigérateur / congélateur pleine grandeur sans givre et une cafetière.
Il y a de beaux ustensiles, de belles assiettes et des ustensiles de cuisine en acier inoxydable.
La tanière a une grande télévision à écran plat et un magnétoscope numérique ainsi qu'un canapé confortable qui se transforme en un matelas queen-size de 7 "de qualité supérieure.
Il a deux nouveaux fauteuils inclinables à bascule Lazy-boy assortis très confortables.
Le condo n'a pas de check-in / out sans tracas avec entrée sans clé.
La tanière a une large porte coulissante en verre menant au balcon privé couvert adjacent avec table et deux chaises donnant sur la piscine extérieure, la piscine pour enfants et le bain à remous.
Il y a un bac à cendres sur la table du balcon pour les fumeurs, car il s'agit d'une unité non-fumeurs.

This is our first time staying here and our stay could not have been more enjoyable!! The condo is exactly as described and pictured and has a full stocked kitchen which was greatly appreciated since we cooked several of our meals there. It has a balcony which overlooks the pool and the downtown which is only 2 blocks away making it an easy walk . We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning along with the amazing views !! We greatly enjoyed the decor and cleanliness of the place also . In addition , Sam was very easy to communicate with and even let us check in a few hours before our scheduled arrival time , which was really much appreciated!!We fully intend to stay here again on our next vacation to Gatlinburg !!! It is truly a home away from home !!

Super clean, easy in and out process, convenient to everything with just walking, great view.... actually saw some bears and raccoons from the balcony. Will definitely stay here again!

The condo was decorated in a lovely bear theme. The beds, including the sleeper sofa, were very comfortable to sleep on and an abundance of bed linens and pillows are provided. The proximity to the Gatlinburg strip is an added bonus. The cost of the condo is an absolute bargain! We have been vacationing in Gatlinburg for over 20 years and we have never experienced such quality accommodations at the affordability provide here! The owners were wonderful to deal with and very responsive to text messages. We will definitely make this our future destination to stay in Gatlinburg.

This location was amazing. In the heart of Gatlinburg. Walking distance to downtown right in the great smoky’s. We saw a live bear walk right by the pool. The host/property was easy to work with and thought of everything we didn’t. It created amazing memories that will last forever.
