6026 pieds carrés. 6 1/2 acres. 4 cheminées et un pit-feu. 178 'de rive privée et de la plage. Quai privé. 4BR, 4 1/2 BA. 2 cuisines complètes. Sortir. Grand patio et 'dogtrot'. Parfait pour les réunions de famille, mariages ou juste une semaine de détente, mois ou l'été loin de tout. Ceci est notre maison mais nous sommes hors de l'état temporairement pour des travaux faisant ce grand endroit disponible. Nous avons plus de photos sur Shutterfly si vous souhaitez les voir.

What an absolutely fabulous place. Truly a place that overdelivers in all aspects!We held a small 25 person wedding here and it was absolutely incredible.Communication: Clay will provide more information than you could possibly need. You will likely not need to reach out for anything.Location: Private road. Private lake. Long secluded driveway. It is incredibly quiet and peaceful. You are completely secluded, and yet only 3 mins away from crosslake where they have a grocery store, shops, gas, and places to eat. 38 min drive from Brainerd.Sleeping: There are actually 8 bedrooms, 5 of which are on a separate wing away from main gathering areas. They have places set up for kids to play, and all bedrooms are spacious. The master bedroom is stunning.Amenities: Almost everything in this house is high quality. Wolf appliances for cooking, double oven and large stove for cooking for large groups. Extremely spacious. We had 25 people and nobody felt crowded.Outdoor: They have a massive back yard, patio area, and sandy beach with a dock. The beach into water area is large and very gradual. Great for kids or water activities. Perhaps the best part about this home is the covered walkway patio area. This area is huge and directly connected to the kitchen, has patio furniture and a fireplace. An absolutely wonderful place should you need to pivot if weather turns bad. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one ranks at the top of the list!

Dream come true venue for our small wedding. Clay and Angi were incredibly organized and communicative, which made things easier to manage with the guests coming and going. The house is GORGEOUS. GOALS. Every room has a sky-high ceilings, there is tons of space in and outside to spread out, and the fact that it’s right on the water need I say more? We couldn’t recommend this spot more for your next big family reunion, event, or get together.
