Very clean, safe, excellent location. Agent was lovely. Heat warning: no AC and windows open only a few inches (and no screens) so in hot weather it never cools down. Happened to be there in a heat wave and is was very uncomfortable at night. Since the photos, a lot of stuff has been moved into the flat for storage. Makes for a small place feeling very crowded and an unfortunately limited amount of open space for traveler's things. None the less, it is a great location and very clean and safe.

We spent one week in the flat. I do not recommend this flat for anyone who has difficulty walking up four flights of stairs. We may be seniors but we are in decent shape and no problem. The lift has a metal door that some forget to close, which makes it unable to be used. We also got stuck in the lift twice between floors on two occasions. It was not working when we vacated which meant we had to carry luggage down four flights. Now know, the steps are not all the same size so have to be careful. The bathroom towels ought to be on the bed because they are on a rack that some cannot reach so had to step on a bench to get them. The little sofa in the living room was made into an extra bed for us and it was basically supported by some containers under the bed. That sofa ought never be used as a bed even tho it is a sofabed. The other regular size sofa has two covers on it. It needs to be replaced. The flat needs a good cleaning around the corners and edges. The mirror over the bathroom sink is cracked and taped up. The owner uses this flat as an office and 1/4 of the living room is her desk, monitors, etc. There is too much stuff in the flat, stuff that needs to be taken out. The walls all need painting and seriously, who puts stickers on a wall for decoration? We were not looking for luxury; just clean and comfortable. The good: The owner meets you at the tube station and communicates well. The location is very good. The radiator works well. Tub and sink good.
