Beautiful home in a beautiful location

The location of the rental is great. It is easy to get into the garden area and through the front and back doors. The dehumidifier was very useful during late June due to the humidity. The kitchen was well appointed (missing a wine bottle opener though) and the bathroom was filled with towels and toiletries. The shower pressure was very strong and the water heated up very quickly! It was nice to have some laundry detergent and dishwasher pods at the residence. I would stay here again! The parking spot was great, too! The trash next to the rental did seem to come daily at 7am and make a bit of noise.

This place really is a Gem is historic district . 2 blocks to river walk and around 10 min walk to city market . We would stay here again when in Savanah . Thanks for a great stay

The property is in a great location and perfect for exploring historic Savanah. Clean with no bugs and the kitchen is well equiped. The main issues are the bed and pull out love seat, not a sofa, and TV. The bed is too small for two adults, it seemed small for a queen, and was not very supportive; it needs to be replaced. The pull out love seat is terrible and is pretty useless as a bed or seating. My wife couldn't stand sitting on it. All in all the furniture is old and looks like it was bought second hand. The best piece of furniture is a red "fake" Stressless chair. The other draw back is the TV only streams (Roku device) so no local channels. Thankfully we remembered our cable provider code or we would have been stuck with no TV. The approach walk in the garden area needs attention as many brick pavers are pushed up and are a tripping hazard. This could be a wonderful property but needs a bit of TLC.
