Tate's Ski Haven est un grand et confortable 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain en duplex. 8 personnes facilement. Spa privatif intérieur. Incroyable vue sur la montagne et le lac et un grand pont orienté sud avec barbecue à gaz. Plus de 2700 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Garage 2 voitures. Décor de montagne et sud-ouest. Grande cuisine peut facilement accueillir un équipage. Écran plat, foyer au bois et coupe dans le salon. WiFi gratuit et câble. Sièges de table à manger 8. Sièges du bar de la cuisine 4. En bas, la chambre principale a un lit king, une salle de bain privée, un écran plat et une porte donnant sur le patio et la cour. Suite d'hôtes a roi et salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et la télévision, la troisième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et la télévision. Chaque fenêtre a une vue sur la montagne. Le club est juste autour du coin avec piscine chauffée, bain à remous et zone de conversation. Accès facile au nouvel amphithéâtre Dillon de 8 millions de dollars pour des spectacles de juin à septembre. Moins de 5 minutes en voiture des restaurants, supermarché, REI, Starbucks, location de ski / planche, magasins. Également à moins de 5 minutes de la marina de Dillon pour la location de bateaux, de kayaks et de SUP ou des magasins d’alimentation Silverthorne. Accès aux sentiers à proximité de la forêt nationale et sentiers de randonnée ou de VTT. Près du nouveau parcours de 18 trous du Dillon Disc Golf. À seulement 5 minutes de Keystone, à 15 minutes de Copper Mountain ou du bassin d'Arapahoe, à 25 minutes de Breckenridge. 30 minutes à Vail.

We had a great weekend on our annual ski trip with a group of friends at this property! It was stocked well with everything that we needed for cooking and sleeping, and when there was a small issue with the hot tub it was dealt with quickly which was much appreciated. Great central location to allow for access to many recreational activities!

This property served the purpose we needed, a place for four adults and one infant to stay during this pandemic. The property is very outdated as far as furnishings, design, etc. For us that was ok as it probably helped it be affordable. The inside was clean and comfortable. However the outside needs major attention. The property had three decks and all needed major attention. The paint was flaking off, nail heads were popping up, and the wood was very rough. You do not want to be barefoot on these decks or you will end up with slivers in your feet. The bottom ground level deck was the only one with shade, but it was so dirty it was not usable. It hadn’t been swept in a long time. The provided barbecue was also filthy and had not been scrapped cleaned in a long time. Upon heating up it was apparent the grills were deteriorating under all the grime. So much so the bottom rack was unusable. Finally the garage was full of sand and had not been swept for ages. To sum it up the inside was comfortable but old. The exterior was terrible.
