The management company is always responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares that guests have a wonderful experience.The cabin is consistently spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable—it backs up to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, making it feel peaceful and secluded, yet it's only a short drive to Gatlinburg. We love spending our days hiking and then returning to the quiet of the cabin each evening.One of the things we appreciate most is that the cabin is pet-friendly. Our senior poodles are part of the family, and being able to bring them along makes our annual anniversary trip even more special.We have made so many wonderful memories here over the years and are already looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to experience the Smoky Mountains.

Reviewer Comments: It was good the only thing I would say is it may need to be sprayed for pest but I do understand it’s a wood cabin and where in the mountains but it was a few insects, bees, wasps, and spiders that we saw in the cabin but over all great I would refer or tell all my friends to come and take a trip at Gatlinburg Elk Springs resort thanks for the great experience

There was not a “king suite on the main floor”. No king bed at all and had a lot of stairs to navigate. Porch was not usable due to large black ants. Needed to be deep cleaned. Smelled stale.
