Our family of three had a wonderful stay in this condo. It truly offers the best of both worlds—the space, privacy, and flexibility of a privately owned condo with all the amenities and service of a luxury hotel. The pools and beach were the highlights of our trip. The beach service was exceptional, with attentive staff providing chair setup, fresh towels, and food and drink service throughout the day. The beach menu offered excellent options, and everything we ordered was delicious. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived with chilled champagne, glasses, a thoughtful handwritten note, and even a six-pack of my favorite sparkling water waiting in the refrigerator. Those personal touches made us feel right at home. The condo was spotless, well stocked with towels, quality bath products, and everything needed in the kitchen. The washer and dryer were especially convenient. The blackout curtains made for great sleep, and the balcony comfortably seated two or three people with a lovely partial ocean view. Although there is construction next door that may affect the view in the future, it exceeded our expectations during our stay.Having access to the full hotel room service menu was another wonderful perk. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the comforts of home combined with the exceptional amenities and service of a luxury resort.

Great and responsive host. Place was very clean and amazing views. There is construction going on both sides of the hotel, but that is not anyone’s fault. I love the Setai and will be back!!

We were extremely happy with our stay. The condo was perfect; clean and well equipped with amazing views in both directions. The Setai property is exceptional. The gym is more than adequate and the pool and beach setup are awesome. The location is far enough away from the chaos, but close enough to easily enjoy all that South Beach has to offer. Our two teenage daughters had a great time and comfortably shared the pull out bed. Kent was great deal with - very friendly and responsive. We’d happily book another stay here in the future.
