Une unité Brookside plus récente située au deuxième étage offre une vue magnifique sur le lac et le parcours de golf. Orienté à l'est, vous apprécierez le soleil du matin depuis la véranda, le salon et le petit-déjeuner / cuisine. Ce condo est privé, relaxant et situé près de l’ascenseur.
En plus du golf, le country club propose une grande piscine chauffée, un centre de remise en forme, quatre terrains de tennis Har-Tru Clay immaculés, des écrans pare-vent avec éclairage de nuit, un restaurant, un vaste bar et de nombreuses activités sociales.
Le condo est avec goût et nouvellement décoré et peint. Écran de porte d'entrée. Les chambres des maîtres et des invités ont chacune un lit queen size. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Nouveau téléviseur à écran plat grand écran et lecteur DVD Blu-Ray dans le salon. Nouveau téléviseur à écran plat dans la chambre principale. Nouveau tapis dans les chambres et comptoirs en granit installés dans la cuisine et les salles de bain.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée mais le restaurant du club house propose une cuisine raffinée et décontractée. Un accès Internet sans fil et un service téléphonique local sont également fournis.
Les frais de transfert d'adhésion vous permettront d'accéder à des parcours de golf stimulants sur un magnifique parcours de golf professionnel privé de 18 trous, à l'utilisation du terrain de jeu aquatique et aux putting greens.
Cedar Hammock est une communauté de golfs magnifiquement aménagée et fermée, entourée de réserves naturelles et de lacs. Il a un accès facile à Fort. L’aéroport international de Myers (RSW) se trouve à quelques minutes de route du centre-ville de Naples, de Marco Island, des plages, des boutiques, des restaurants et de nombreuses activités.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The community that it sets in is absolutely perfect. The owner of the condo has been so gracious and we are already dreaming of retiring here. This home is stocked well with all of the essentials for cooking, sleeping comfortably and relaxing. It even has beach chairs but we never wanted to leave the community. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the screened in lanai overlooking the golf course. I would give this property more stars if I could.

My husband and I have stayed in LuAnn and Richards lovely second hole, second floor condo for a number of years. The condo is tastefully decorated and in a lovely, quiet location. The unit faces the second hole tee boxes and is a mecca for wildlife. In addition to some wild golfers (just kidding), we have seen eagles, ospreys, hawks, herons, and many other bird species. Also, fun to watch otters, turtles and the occasional alligator. A handy pair of binoculars is at the ready for checking out these creatures close up. The lanai is a very comfortable spot to enjoy throughout the day. The lanai has screens on TWO sides for your viewing pleasure. The unit is always well stocked with the necessities and LuAnn is a joy to work with when booking and if anything comes up during your stay. Their Brookside model is especially nice because it is on the golf course side and has a very open floor plan. The eat in kitchen has a great view of the course, there is a separate more formal dining area, and the living room with sliding glass doors to the lanai (also with a direct view of the course), presents a very open and airy feeling. Also having the bedrooms in the back means you will not be awakened at 5 in the morning when they are mowing the greens! If you have guests, the guest bedroom and bathroom can be completely closed off with a pocket door. Finally, the golf course and all its amenities are absolutely fabulous! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. You will not be disappointed if you choose to use your precious vacation days enjoying LuAnn and Richards lovely condo. Cheers!

This is a lovely condo. The pictures shown are exactly what you get. All the furniture throughout the condo was very comfortable and plenty of chairs for entertaining. They even supplied beach chairs, towels, a beach bag and a small cooler. The view from the lanai overlooked a section of the golf course and was a very pleasant place to have morning coffee or enjoy a quiet evening dinner. The unit is in the end building of the complex, which meant no traffic and a quiet atmosphere. We also enjoyed the food at the club house and of course the pools. I recommend this condo for anyone that wants to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

We rented this condo for Jan. and Feb. 2011. We found the unit very clean and well equipped and comfortably furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed the golf course, club house with all it's ammeties and found all our neighbors very friendly. The beaches are outstanding and plenty of restaurants. Our favorite restaurant is Chops located on Fifth Avenue. The owners were always helpful and quick to respond with questions we had. I highly recommend considering this condo to rent.
