The beach view was great. The house was comfortable. Two of our party of six were not able to make it. It worked out for the 4 of us; it might have been a little tight with 6 adults. The dining room chairs were too big for the area; smaller chairs would have been better. There was a minor leak under the sink. I reported it on Monday, and it was fixed on Tuesday. Overall, it was very comfortable

Loved the location. The bed covers on several of the beds were stained and the furniture was a bit worn but, overall, we enjoyed the townhome and the beautiful views it offered. This unit could also badly use some new pots and pans and the toaster oven should definitely be replaced - it was pretty dirty!

Reviewer Comments:
Never in all the times I’ve rented a vacation home was I given a bag of bed sheets and told we had to make all the beds ourselves. I have no issue stripping them at the end and collecting the towels in one convenient spot. But am I alone in thinking that the last thing someone wants to do after a long day of travel and all that that entails (grocery runs, dragging in the luggage, etc) to then have to make the bed to sleep in ?However this was a pleasant townhome in a very good walkable location on the ocean. It was a bit worn around the edges though with scuffed walls, multiple stains on the rug, a dirty coffee pot, and mismatched light bulbs (some super bright white LEDs, some warm incandescents - just quirky to have them not be uniform.)
