Bien entretenu avec de la qualité partout, aucun paquet de meubles bon marché ici ... Carrelage dans tous les salons et salles à manger, électroménagers en inox. NOUVEAU tout au long de 2016. Nouveaux planchers et douches à l'italienne en 2018.
17e étage, tour ouest .. Superbes vues, pas trop haut, pas trop bas pour être gêné par le bruit de la rue. L'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes. Nos tarifs sont très compétitifs. Personne n'offre une meilleure valeur.
Nous travaillons en partenariat avec un autre propriétaire dans l'immeuble. Nous pouvons gérer de grands groupes.

Omg where do I start!?!?! The balcony was perfect for people, marine life watching! Also made a great place to watch the sunset and all the people on the beach crab hunting at night! Plenty of room for my family! We were there 5nights and the price wasn’t bad at all! The host kept in contact with me and answered any questions I had! It was like staying in your home while being in paradise! Would definitely recommend and come back!! Thanks Mike and Mitzi!!

Had a great stay here with our group of 8! The condo was spacious, comfortable, and everyone had plenty of room. Everything looked great when we arrived, and the views were beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool and beach—both were amazing and made the trip even better. The location was super convenient too, with Walmart, restaurants, and anything else we needed just minutes away. Mike was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

The first couple of days were rough as far as the property goes. A few drunks staggering around alcohol everywhere and people smoking in a smoke free resort. Oh and not just cigarettes either. Get used to the nice punch of weed also, not just on the beach either all day long on the balcony and especially in the afternoon. If partying and getting a little wild is your jam then this is your spot. The property just feels really dated for its age in my opinion. The pools for tower 1-2 are really small and get crowded fast especially on double red flag days. The location is a good spot for walking to Pier Park that’s one good thing. Now on too the unit. It was okay but it did have its faults. Dirty coffee pot, mold in the coffee maker. Mold in the water dispenser on the fridge. The couch was not comfortable at all to sit on. The two living room chairs are dingy and have stains on them also the rugs in the living room could use a good shampoo. The guest rooms queen bed was not comfortable at all. I’ve slept in sleeping bags in the mountains in New Mexico that were just as comfortable. The kitchen was nice and the decorations in the unit were really nice. The master bedroom was nice but the balcony sliding door in the master wouldn’t lock I fought with it for 30 minutes until finally it locked. Overall we will not be staying at the Calypso again.
