Au coeur de la baie James à seulement quelques de l'océan et Ogden Point, avec le brise-lames de Victoria, repose cette petite pièce de l'histoire locale. Ce nid rajeuni et confortable dispose d'une touche du patrimoine, un joli jardin. Tout à distance de marche de tout ce que le centre-ville de Victoria a à offrir. Profitez des restaurants, des boutiques, Royal British Columbia Museum, une promenade le long du port intérieur et peut-être profiter de la crème glacée au Beacon Hill Drive In.

My husband and I, along with our small dog, were delighted make the Cosy Cottage our temporary home for an extended stay this summer. Accomodation can make such a difference in your overall experience of a place. I'm happy to tell you that we had a marvellous time! Great location, well equipped and exactly as advertised. Highly recommend!

Emily Carr's Cozy Cottage was delightful and the location, in the heart of James Bay, was ideal. Just a half block off of Dallas Road we could walk for miles along the paths next to the ocean. There are several access points for going down to the beach as well. There is only on street parking but we were always able to park right in front of the cottage. It was an easy walk to the inner harbor and downtown Victoria. The cottage is 3 blocks from the James Bay Thriftys (nice grocery store).
The house itself is charming. It is tiny and the closet space very minimal but adeuquate for a holiday. The kitchen is lovely and well equipped. The bed was comfortable but note that it is right up against 3 walls with no possibility of being moved out. I had to crawl out across my husband to get out of bed if he was still in it.
The yard is fenced with a BBQ out back. We would definitely recommend this cute cottage!
