The room is HUGE compared to your typical hotel room in Japan, especially for the price! The location is awesome too, walking distance to all the action. Definitely great value for money!

Great location, friendly staff, very clean, great size room for families, convenient luggage lockers right next door.
Beds are firm!

Location was awesome. Close to Dotonburi and other local shopping, food, and entertainment. Very upscale and modern room
Understood it was a hotel with minimal staff and no staff for cleaning rooms. Had no problem taking out our own trash, except kind of hassle when having to take out trash to the 1st floor when you’re on a higher floor (10th). Other than that it was a great place to stay for the value.

Frederick was very helpful and tried his best to accommodate our needs. He went out of his way to assist us with our lack of space in our bedroom.
Our room was way too small. There was no place to put our luggage or our clothes. Given the limited space, the room should have two twin beds rather than two queen sized beds. Despite having kitchen facilities, there was no place to eat our meals. We had to move to a larger room for an entire family and pay the difference, but then we had to move back when that room was no longer available.
