Location is excellent. Clean and spacious unit offering superb accommodation. Caretaker is super-efficient in attending to queries and matters brought to her attention.
Airflow could be improved by adding additional fans/aircons. Cleaning service is very expensive

It was specious with luxurious furniture and finishing.
No daily cleaning service included and changing of linen and towels. The area has water issues.

Great spot just about perfect , a bit of a drive through the less well-run part of town to get there. Next to two amazing restaurants on the beach. Very safe. Good security and host.
There is no washing up material(no liquid soap or sponges), no soap for washing hands. Would be good to either be told or provided.

The apartment was comfortable and big. The availability of a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a dishwashing machine is a lovely bonus. Most utensils for cooking a decent meal was available. The full size fridge and freezer and new double eye-level oven is great when you have a big family. The area was nice and within walking distance to the beach. The "not-so-nice"area referred to by other reviewers was actually very well policed and we never felt uneasy.
The absence of oven mitts meant we struggled to take food out of the oven. THe Weber braai lid fell on my husband's legs and he got burnt, as the handle is not heat resistant. The fancy shower did not work, only the main shower head worked, but it needs to be decalcified. There are airconditioners in the apartment, but they did not work. Salad bowls and serving dishes for snacks would be a great addition. The two bedrooms that face the passage are dark since opening your curtains would mean no privacy.
