The montrose guest house was spotlessly clean and the owner was so nice and couldn't do enough for you. We had room number 1 and it came with a small private conservatory and outside table and chairs small fridge and tea making facilities fresh milk was put in the fridge every day. The breakfast was to die for freshly cooked and huge I have stayed in a lot of hotels and gave to say it was one of the best breakfasts we have had. All together a perfect few days away . We will definitely be back.

Andy and Helen made us feel very welcome.
The accommodation was spotless and comfortable. Nothing was to much trouble. Only 2 minutes walk to the sea front and high street and right by the train station. Would definitely stay there again. Also the breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from.
Couldn't find anything to dislike.
