More than anything, the customer service was excellent. It was prompt and incredibly courteous. You could tell the house was cleaned and the property was beautiful. My family enjoyed the theater room. I had never really watched a movie in one before. I didn't realize what a bonding experience it could be. Thankful for the opportunity. We also loved the game room with pool and fooseball. Our favorite spot was the porch with the rocking chairs. Lots of time spent out there. It was a great vacation. There were some small issues. One of the bunk beds looked like it was made but it was missing sheets. It also had crumbs all over it. We didn't discover that until late that first night. When I contacted the office they were ready to run a set over to our place but we used a spare set from another room. Also, the hot tub was running when we first got there, but when we went to use it the next day it wasn't. They had a tech out there within a short amount of time and texted us every step of the way. After two visits they couldn't get it fixed so they gave us a compensation. Not a perfect experience but that's how life goes. The owners showed great care in fixing the hiccups.

It was wonderful

The cabin was really kid friendly. It was beautiful. Our family loves it.

Upon arrvl we noticed an odor in the cabin, (smelled like someone fried fish the night before) I quickly went through all the rooms and sprayed Lysol air spray. The beds were freshly made and nice and clean. The kitchen table was a bit sticky but it was wood and finished I think that is just what happens after a while when you clean it and if it’s not cleaned with proper cleaning materials. The hot tub water smelled like mildew and we called to let them know. They said they empty the hot tub after every check out before a new check in which I’m sure they do,however they need a new cover as we believe that was causing the smell our clothes and hair and bathing suits smelled like this for a week after!Despite that,All in all we truly enjoyed our family time in this cabin. The kids loved the movie theatre and playing foosball. The only thing that was very disheartening was that when we left (and I’m aware they aren’t responsible for lost or left behind items) we left our sound machine in the kids room.I called hour after check out to let them know and that we would pay for the shipping to send it back.It took a week for them to clean the cabin supposedly hence the stench when we checked in, we had to leave a garbage bag in the cabin as the outside bins were full and we didn’t want the bears getting into them.I called 3-4 times that wk asking if they happened to pick up the sound mch in the kids room each time I was told they hadn’t cleaned yet.A week later was told it was not there.
