Knee Deep is a well maintained and attractive property. The kitchen is equipped with modern large appliances, many small appliances and all the pots, pans and serving pieces for a family. The decor is beautiful and the furniture is comfortable. The living room area is a very spacious open area with lots of choices in entertainment with games provided and of course, Wi-Fi. The house is very clean with no signs of neglect. The laundry area is off the carport with excellent washer and dryer. There are beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys available for the guests to use. The gas grill is large and grilling area handled 8 large steaks easily for us. The covered carport allows for 2 or 3 cars. The outdoor shower is great when coming from the beach sandy. I would recommend a keypad entry instead of keys for convenience sake for the guests. Overall, this property is excellent and in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Knee Deep. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The check-in and checkout was very simple. We had no problems whatsoever. The Vacay rentals for our tent and umbrella and cart was very good also. Great rental!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week with the family and it was what we have come to love about CSB - A few families spreading out on the beach with a relaxed feel. The house was super clean, stocked with what you need to live for the week, and exactly as described. The walk to the beach each day is less than 200 yards on a quiet street. And, of course, Coastal Joe is always easy to deal and communicate with.If you need a spot this size, I would highly recommend.
