Custom Beaver Lake Cottage
Cette maison nouvellement construite est unique en son genre. Situé sur une route privée sur la pointe d'une péninsule, il ya des vues vierges d'eau de chaque fenêtre. Choisir de regarder le lever du soleil à partir du quai d'un côté et puis plonger dans une eau cristalline, ou de regarder le coucher de soleil depuis le Deck Martini »sur l'autre, se détendre dans une chaise Adirondack tandis que les couleurs se fanent de l'orange au rouge au violet. Personnalisé construit avec toutes les commodités modernes, cette maison est à la fois élégant et accueillant, avec une vaste salle de séjour qui comprend un endroit du sol au plafond, cheminée et une cuisine personnalisée avec beaucoup d'espace. Sauf pour le pêcheur occasionnel ou skieur nautique, vous ne verrez jamais une autre personne si vous choisissez de ne pas, comme la maison est située sur 29 acres privés. Passez l'après-midi baignade, farniente, la pêche, la navigation de plaisance ou de jouer au ballon Bocci sur la pelouse soigné ou de marcher sur une route de gravier ombragé qui mène à une plage de sable. Ou ... juste asseoir et écouter l'appel des huards, vous laissant dériver loin du monde réel et de retour à une époque plus simple.

Super easy to check-in and was in contact with owner before going to the rental. Excellent facilities including, bedrooms. kitchen, dining area and the brand new dock.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Check-in was easy and the cottage is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Spotting the family of eagles that live on the lake was a highlight. We would highly recommend staying here!

An excellent rental: the best we have rented! A beautiful and spacious home with everything you need for an enjoyable, restful stay. 5 great bedrooms which fit our needs for 11 people very well. Five of these were young children, ages 2 to 8, who had a wonderful time improving their swimming skills and trying their hands at kayaking.
4 bathrooms ensured their were no conflicts.
The house sits at the end of a peninsula secluded from other houses which made for quiet, restful stay.
The Martini deck was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy some soectacular sunsets.
We will definitely be back next year.

After you drive down a private road with cottages and water on both sides, you reach the end of the road and arrive in paradise! A quiet, private and gorgeous property with tons of room to play both inside and out greets you. We were a party of 12 with kids and had a week of good weather to enjoy the outdoors almost every minute of every day, from playing outdoor games of soccer and catch to enjoying sitting on the dock and swimming in the water. Gazing up at the stars just before bedtime and going to sleep listening to the loons, you couldn't ask for more. You would not be sad to have to spend a day inside the cottage that offers more than you can imagine: a fully equipped craft table, play room up in the mezzanine or cozy up reading a book in front of the floor to ceiling stone fireplace, would make a rainy day go by fast. Preparing a meal in this open concept living space was a true family experience since it gives everyone a chance to participate without crowding each other while all the windows let you enjoy the views of the so private and beautiful surroundings. The description and photos of the property were accurate but you don't get the true feeling of it until you arrive and appreciate the splendor and serenity. The owner was so helpful and genuine and it showed that she and her family truly care for their property and it makes you feel so lucky to be able to live that "real cottage life" if only for a little while. Absolutely the best holiday we have enjoyed in years and we are so grateful for the opportunity to have created unforgettable memories! Thank you and can't wait to go again!
