Had a great stay at the Tiki House! The house was clean and cozy and looked just like the photos. The house is located in a very cute and quite neighborhood. The host, Clodie, was very communicative and helpful and offered early check-in for us. The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart that they provided for use were a big help and enhanced our beach experience! The beach is walkable – but is about a mile walk. I recommend catching the trolley if you can! It’s free and runs all day. The nearest stop is a very short walk from the house in Bethany Proper. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice house close to the beach and attractions!

Overall, we were happy with the house. The neighborhood / location is great. It's 5 minutes from Bethany by car. The house is quiet and comfortable but not super luxurious...therefore, I'm not going to give it 5 stars. Given the 2 bathroom and 3 bedroom situation...the house was more than adequate for 4 adults. We did not have children with us, but it would accommodate at least 4 adults and 2-4 children probably. We did not use the third bedroom during our stay. The hosts were very helpful as we got close to our reservation and even more helpful during our stay. We missed upon booking that bed sheets and towels were not included, so that was a surprise just before arriving. However, the hosts were very helpful in helping us to find a nearby rental service. To summarize...we had a great, long weekend for our friends' wedding. The home is not what we would call modernized or luxurious. It was nice. We would stay there again if given the chance. We rank the hosts with 5 stars...the house with 4 stars.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Tiki house. The rooms and overall house were larger than the photos convey, and the neighborhood was safe and family friendly. It is a true 18 minute walk to the beach. Though the rental includes access to the full house and outside amenities, it's worth noting for other large groups the listed price is for 4 people only. All other guests will be charged $25/person per day. Price aside, it was a great stay and we look forward to returning to Bethany!
