Overall, we enjoyed our visit and appreciated the accommodations. We had everything we needed and our host was very responsive and quick to take action when needed.

This condo was perfect! We would stay here again

The unit was clean and organized. The view from the lanai was lovely. The grounds of the complex were pretty and well maintained.In my opinion, the unit could use a refresh - fresh paint would go a long way. The AC in the bedroom was very loud for sleeping. It cooled the room and they did come and look at it when we called with the concern. Not much of a difference once looked at unfortunately. While it is a very short beach walk, it is close to the street and we heard a lot of traffic but got used to it. We were not told that construction was happening in the unit beside us and below us. We called to inquire after the construction did not stop after 5pm on Saturday. We also assumed the construction was the culprit for no water for part of one day. When we came back from the beach it was on again so not sure what the problem was. Michael credited us 2 days stay for our inconvenience which was appreciated. The location is pretty central to what Kīhei has to offer for coffee/snacks etc, a 10-15 minute walk.

We have stayed in many Vrbo properties in different locations. This one was simply average. The kitchen was outfitted with dishes and wine glasses that appeared to be put together from flea markets. One of the matching lamps on bedroom nightstands was in the closet with no light bulb or lampshade. But the real deal killer was the discharge from the air conditioner was on the outside balcony. My wife and I looked forward to having a glass of wine on the balcony at the end of the day but could not sit there because hot air was always blowing directly across the balcony. I would not recommend this property for this reason alone.
