Cette charmante maison meublée de 3 chambres est située sur la 13ème foire de Pinehurst n ° 3, et est située à seulement un mille du clubhouse Pinehurst Country Club, Pinehurst Harness Track, Fair Barn et Village of Pinehurst! Profitez de regarder les golfeurs depuis le grand jardin arrière privé avec un barbecue intégré, un porche ou un salon avec d'énormes fenêtres. Ce ranch est rempli de commodités; Vous serez bien connecté avec internet, câble et 6 téléviseurs à écran plat, dont un sur le porche. Les trois chambres (avec de nouveaux lits et draps) comprennent la chambre des maîtres avec un lit king-size, un dressing et une salle de bain avec baignoire. Loved our guys trip stay here. House was perfect location and room sizes for us all. We were able to enjoy every part of the house and great to be on a golf hole to hang outside. Highly recommend staying here.

The house is absolutely terrific. Even nicer than it appears in the photos. Fully equipped. Great location. But our experience was tarnished by the very slow refund of a large damage deposit, that we have not yet received five weeks after our stay. Hopefully that shows up soon.

The location was great and the house was as described, but the living room and enclosed porch furniture is extremely uncomfortable. It's the last thing you want to sit on after a day of golf or to watch TV. When the shower handle fell off in a guest's hand and couldnt be reattached, we were told by the management company that they couldn't get a plumber out for five days and they offered no solution. So we had to use a pliers we borrowed from friends to turn the shower on and gently push it off. This condition was in effect for all 21 days of the rental and had we hosted 10 people as advertised, everyone would have had to use one shower in the master bath if we hadn't figured out a way to turn the shower on in the guest bathroom. I have requested an adjustment to the daily rate for this inconvenience, but to date have not received a reply or a refund. I would not recommend renting this property based on the furniture condition and the inattention and unwillingness to do the right thing from the management company.
