no aircondition in livingroom, bathroom had mold and other unclean arreas that need to be updated, bed was extra small for 2 people (maybe 140-150) and moves so much when one person moves, opening door to room makes extreme noise - clearly needs some oiling and this shows the apartment is not maintained well and is just squeezed for money, but not to make guests comfortable, for the money we paid we got only 4 rolls of toilet paper (we stayed for 10 days!) and there is not really sailt or pepper..we got one tiny bag of salt and one of pepper which are good for 1 dish for one person 😃

The property was in an amazing location for our group. Just across the road from the beach/sunbeds and shops/restaurants within minutes away. Plenty of room, balcony was amazing. Welcome pack a nice touch. Air conditioning was good in the bedrooms.

The shower in the main bathroom is prone to leaking on the floor if not using the shower hand held but that said is not a big problem if you know about it beforehand.

The location was excellent, very convenient for the local nightlife and restaurants. There was a good amount of cutlery, crockery and glasses. The place although tired, was clean. There was a lovely balcony and seating outside.

There was only A/c in the bedrooms that was not very effective and leaked water all over the floor. The living room and kitchen were unbearably hot as the temp was in the 30's.The showers were very poor and the water kept changing temperature and mainly ran cold (which was ok whilst the weather was so hot). The plaster was flaking off of the walls, the bathrooms were tired and the beds were small and uncomfortable. The rubbish had to be taken several streets away and if you left anything in the bins they would take 150 euros out of the deposit which seems excessive! The unit was generally clean but there was only seating for 3 people comfortably on the sofa. (the unit sleeps 4). It would be nice if the kitchen had been slightly better equipped with dishwasher tablets and dishwashing liquid. It makes it easier to keep the place clean and tidy. There was no ice making facility or trays and only one small sachet of salt and pepper.
