Everything was exactly as advertised. We love the location!

My wife and I stayed four nights and the condo was just right for us. The photos on the listing portray it accurately. Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of bathroom towels, the shower was awesome (good water pressure), and the stream outside the front door was an added bonus (we love the noise it makes when the windows were open). The location to downtown Breckenridge made it easy to walk and be on Main street within about 5 minutes. The host was very quick to respond to questions and the entire check-in/check-out process was extremely simple. We would stay here again, for sure!If we do stay again, there are few things we would plan for: First, we would have brought outdoor chairs to sit by the creek. The condo is on the 3rd floor, and although you can hear the water, we would have enjoyed sitting by it. Second, the deck is pretty small and the sliding screen door is difficult to operate, which made it somewhat of a chore to even go in and out if we wanted to. Same for many of the crank windows. Several were not operational, and would have come in handy during the warmer afternoons. Finally, had any of our kids joined us it would have been pretty tight. Yes, there would have been beds for them, but the full footprint (including places to sit) would have been pretty crowded. All this to say, it was a great place to stay. None of the things above would keep us from coming again--they simply are things we would keep in mind if we planned to stay here again. Highly recommend!

The unit is perfect for a small family vacation! It was clean and comfortable. The downfall was its on the top floor with four flights of stairs. I wish this was in the description. It is not true ski in ski out. You carry your gear down four flights of stairs and up three blocks to get to the snowflake lift. You can ski into the back of the complex on the lower 4 o’clock run. The description also says this includes laundry but it doesn’t not in the unit. You have access to paid laundry in the basement (down 5 flights of steps). It should read laundry access on premises in the amenities. There’s a well thought out mud room area with racks and hooks for your gear and trays for wet boots. We enjoyed playing games at night around the large kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need (air fryer, blender, crockpot, etc). We enjoyed our stay and got plenty of exercise with skiing and all the stairs ;)

Great location to town and snowflake lift. Could have been cleaner, dishes etc.
