Beachfront Condo on Los Muertos Beach, Puerto Vallarta / Romantic Zone / Amapas
Notre propriété est un condo en bord de mer avec sa propre plage privée sur la célèbre Playa Los Muertos de Puerto Vallarta. Notre condo spacieux 1,200 sq. Ft. Dispose de deux chambres, deux lits king, et deux salles de bain complètes (douche à l'italienne / pas de baignoire). La cuisine comprend un four à micro-ondes, un grille-pain, un mixeur et une cafetière. Joliment meublé, y compris la télévision par câble dans le salon et la chambre principale, laveuse et sécheuse, air conditionné (mis à jour avec mini-splits à partir du 12 Juillet 2017), et les ventilateurs de plafond partout. La piscine se trouve à quelques pas du patio couvert de cette première étage. Blue Chairs Beach Resort, Mantamar Beach Club et Sapphire Ocean Club sont tous à proximité. De nombreux restaurants et magasins se trouvent à une courte distance à pied. Entrée fermée avec réception 24/7.
La vue de Playa Bonita est sur Banderas Bay. À 27 miles de diamètre, c'est la deuxième plus grande baie du monde. Les eaux calmes et claires offrent la toile de fond parfaite pour les magnifiques couchers de soleil que vous pouvez voir depuis notre patio. De décembre à mars, la baie abrite la spectaculaire baleine à bosse. Assurez-vous de planifier une excursion d'observation des baleines sur la baie.
Entre juin et décembre, les tortues olivâtres pondent leurs œufs sur la plage. Vous pourriez être assez chanceux pour voir les bébés tortues éclos et se frayer un chemin vers la mer.
Playa Los Muertos est une large plage de sable, idéale pour la baignade. Les vendeurs locaux se promènent sur la plage en vendant leur artisanat et de la nourriture faite localement. Si vous ne voulez pas les produits qu'ils offrent, dites simplement: «Gracias, non».
La jetée de Los Muertos est un lieu de pêche préféré des habitants. Vous pouvez organiser votre propre expédition de pêche ou prendre un bateau-taxi vers l'un des villages de la Rive-Sud accessible uniquement par bateau.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Amapas in early June 2026. This condo has fantastic access to the pool, the beach is right across the street, and is close to the many shops and restaurants in ZR, without having to walk up large hills to get back to the condo. Those Sierra Madre mountains get steep pretty quick!Each bedroom has a private bathroom, dual privacy doors (one before and one after the bathroom), and a large bed. Plenty of closet and dresser space to put clothes away, and a safe to secure belongings. The safe wouldn't fit a laptop, but a tablet, phones, money, etc., would fit well in there. The kitchen was well-appointed with a variety of pots, pans, utensils, serving dishes, blenders, etc. There's a small market about a few minutes away by walk that has all the basics (bring cash). Some prior reviews had mentioned loud EDM playing at all hours, and we did not have this experience. Blue Chairs is across the street, and does play EDM from about 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., but they appear to be a daytime only beach club. Even when sitting outside on the porch or poolside, the music was not overly loud or obnoxious. Plus, between 10a-6p, we were hardly ever at the condo. That's when you're out exploring! Taxis are almost always at Blue Chairs during the day, and getting an Uber was always fast. We were met at the condo by an agent of the owner, and communication was fantastic. The condo also has a 24-hour staffed front desk, and they were great as well!

A Honest Love Letter (With a Few Asterisks)We loved this place — but we wished someone had written this review before we arrived, so here we are, paying it forward.The Good Stuff FirstThe balcony gate that opens directly to the pool? Chef’s kiss. We went from horizontal on the couch to floating in the pool in under 60 seconds. No “getting ready.” No key cards. The sunsets from that pool deck are genuinely stunning, and the view from the living room didn’t disappoint either.The kitchen is fully stocked — we cooked almost every meal we bought without hunting for a single missing tool. The secondary entrance is a quiet gem; didn’t need it for our trip, but if you’re coming with another couple, that’s a real perk.The property comes loaded with beach towels — more than you’d expect, and genuinely appreciated.The security guards were consistently friendly and helpful, and the host was quick to respond to a message when we had a question — both appreciated more than you might expect.The laundry works great — just run an empty cycle first to clear out any standing water, and grab some fragrant fabric softener while you’re at the store.Things Nobody Told Us (But Should Have)The beach umbrellas. There’s a designated area on the beach for guests, marked with a sign, with straw palapa umbrellas reserved just for you. You can bring your own food and drinks. Do NOT sleep on this. Seriously. The description states that you get a beautiful view of the sunset from your patio, that would be true if you weren’t looking through a large amount of electrical lines.There is a bar beneath the pool area that blasts techno music from about 4:00 pm to at least 1:00 am.The location is great to go across the street to the beach and there is a roped off area to sit. I wouldn’t consider it “beachfront” since you have to cross the street and walk past a bar to get there…Bathrooms are nice! Kitchen is adequate. Couch and mattress is uncomfortable.
