C'est un appartement génial dans mon rowhome historique qui a été récemment rénové. Il comprend un laissez-passer de stationnement, une kitchenette, une télévision connectée, un lit king-size, un jardin, une terrasse et une entrée sans clé.
Son emplacement, à quelques pas de la Cour suprême, du Sénat, du Capitole, du marché de l'Est, de H Street Corridor / Whole Foods et de la gare Union font de ce lieu le point d'ancrage idéal pour vos déplacements professionnels ou privés. Le transport en commun est facile et j'inclus une carte de stationnement si vous le souhaitez.
STATIONNEMENT: Le stationnement dans la rue nécessite un permis de stationnement par zone, qui est fourni gratuitement pour les clients de garer un véhicule pendant leur séjour sur demande. Le stationnement pour les véhicules supplémentaires est disponible plusieurs pâtés de maisons à un lot de surface d'accès de 24 heures pour 15 $ par jour.

The location and neighborhood of the apartment are amazing! Walking distance to anything you might want to do with some restaurants really close by. Check in was really easy. A couple of comments: We were only able to get one kitchen burner to work (slight chance that it could have been user error, but couldn’t get one to light) and the “grill” outside needed charcoal, which we would have used but weren’t willing to buy charcoal for, so keep that in mind if you want to cook. Upon arrival in the little nook next to the bed, I found a used tissue and paper clip on the floor. I understand that the area is difficult to reach but also unappealing. Other than that, our stay was great. The porch area was awesome to hang out and have dinner in the summer weather and the kitchen worked for the 3 night stay. Would recommend for a single or couple traveler who is agile.

The unit was comfortable with ample air conditioning and comfortable bed. It had a nice outdoor seating area as well. The location was excellent for walking to most of the attractions we wanted to visit. Our host, Eric, responded promptly to all of our inquiries and provided helpful info during our stay. The included parking pass was a great value, and there was ample parking around our unit. We would highly recommend this place and highly commend the host of excellent service!

The place was clean and cozy. However there was a family staying upstairs with young children who ran around from 6:30 am until 10 pm off and on. Unfortunately it sounded like a herd of elephants when they did run.
