Cette maison de plage peut accueillir 17 personnes et a quelque chose pour chaque membre de votre groupe de vacances. Nagez dans la piscine extérieure privée et le bain à remous. Cette maison vient d'être rénovée en mai 2015 et dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un lecteur DVD, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge dans l'unité, de 3 douches extérieures (avec eau chaude et froide).
Une cuisine entièrement équipée, comprenant réfrigérateur, cuisinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas et un espace barbecue extérieur qui satisfera la faim de chacun après une longue journée à la plage ou à la piscine. Si vous n’avez pas envie de cuisiner, ce n’est pas un problème. Cette maison est à distance de marche de la Plantation Pancake House, du Irish Bar & Grill de Molly Darcy et de M. G’s Grill & Ice Cream Shop. Vous voulez faire une partie de mini-golf? Promenez-vous au Lost Treasure Golf du professeur Hacker, faites un trajet en train jusqu'au sommet de la montagne et descendez à pied dans les mines d'or et les puits de goudron.

The location, yard, hot tub and pool were perfect for our April vacation group that included 11 people and three dogs. We enjoyed eating meals at the picnic tables and grilling in the back yard. While the common indoor area is small, it worked for us -- the table in the living room that seated 6 was a great spot for games. It was nice that every bedroom had a functioning TV given the living room furniture other that the table only seated a max of 5. A good enhancement would be to have a mirror in every bedroom - this would help free up the three bathrooms for a big group. Some challenges this time if year were that the large maple trees shedded lots of debris into the pool. We spent a lot of time cleaning it to be able to use it -- but it was worth it. We swam every day. The place was clean except that there were dirty plates mixed in with clean ones, and a towel rack in a bathroom was pulled off the wall and on the floor with plaster and paint chips when we arrived. Other than these items, the beds, floors, yard we clean and comfortable.

The house provided everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Small view of ocean from front decks. Quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard was a hit with our dogs! Ample room for us to spread out. I ended up working remotely a few days and the upper floor provided good separation from family to allow privacy. The rental company was accommodating when I needed to extend our stay due to weather. They also communicated well letting us know some maintenance would be coming to the house to “winter proof” the exterior water so we wouldn’t be surprised. Overall great trip and would certainly stay again. Home had great access to shopping and dining.

The house is very close located to the beach and we were able to do regular visits to the beach especially with sunrise and sunsets. We were satisfied with the house. Hot tub was the highlight every night. House is not perfect, but it is more and enough for our visit. We will definitely use the house again in the future if required

Overall, it was a good space. Loved the pool. However, the kitchen lacked a lot. The smaller bedroom downstairs was entirely too small. You could not move around in it and there was no mirror. The bathroom downstairs you could barely walk in and no counter top of any size to put anything or store bath supplies, makeup,etc. There were so small bugs showing up in that bathroom as well.The size of the house is great but it does need some updating and better storage spaces. Very steep stairs going to second floor. Needs some updating and more storage in bathroom.
