(Pas d'animaux à BayShores) Ce condo est situé sur une étroite bande entre les plages de la côte du Golfe et la voie navigable Intercoastal. Le sable blanc d'Indian Rocks Beach ne vous attend qu'à quelques pas de l'autre côté de la rue. Ce condo a une vue paisible et magnifique sur la voie navigable intercoastal depuis votre balcon privé où vous pouvez regarder un défilé de bateaux jour et nuit. Presque tout dans cette spacieuse unité de bain de 1 050 pieds carrés et 2 chambres à coucher / 2 a été mis à jour. Il y a un lit King Size dans la chambre principale et des lits Queen et Twin dans la chambre d'amis. Vous profiterez d'une TV écran plat / DVD, d'un mobilier confortable, de la literie, des serviettes, des traitements de fenêtre, ect. Pour votre plaisir, vous trouverez des putters de golf, des équipements de tennis, des voiturettes de plage, des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage, des cannes à pêche, un parapluie et des jeux. Marchez jusqu'à des restaurants, un excellent café à proximité, des salons, des pubs et profitez d'un golf miniature à prix réduit à Smuggler's Cove juste à côté. Ou tout simplement vous asseoir et vous détendre dans ce condo joliment décoré et bien aménagé.

This was in our top 3 vacation spots ever. The property was amazing, the people were amazing, and the location cannot be beat. The pool and hottub were clean and the grills super convenient. Fishing was so fun along the dock of the building. The rental was very well stocked with cutlery, plates/cups/etc. We will be trying to book this rental again!

The condo was super clean and nicely decorated, and the beds were comfy. It has everything you can think of for the beach and the amenities on site. The only downside was having to purchase our own coffee, shower products, and toilet paper. Every rental we’ve stayed at previously has always had these basic supplies stocked, so it was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, a great property, but coming prepared with your own basics is a must.

I would highly recommend this condo for the location (across the road from the beach). The listing was clean and the facilities were as described. The host has everything you need to enjoy the beach, including a wagon to haul it in! Perfect beach vacation!

May 2021- It’s hard to write this review because the condo itself is great. But I when we booked it I read reviews saying the elevator was near and NOT noisy- and that is 100% false. I asked the owners about it, concerned maybe something was wrong with it and she said it was recently updated causing it to be more noisy, she suggested using a white noise app. We were still not able to sleep, even my husband who sleeps through everything was continually woken up over night. The elevator is on the same wall as the bedrooms in this condo and horribly loud.
Super bummed we won’t be able to come back here because Melinda and Chuck literally have done everything in their control right for visitors. It was a great place. Sleep is just too important for our family of 5 for an elevator to ruin it night after night.
