À un pâté de maisons, directement au sud de l’allée de 500 Maldonado, vous arrivez au sable blanc immaculé de la plage de Pensacola. Cette maison dispose de ponts au niveau principal et au dernier étage offrant une vue sur la plage et le Sound. Le niveau principal de cette maison comprend le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine et la moitié du bain; King Master Suite et Master Bath. Ce niveau de la maison a une enveloppe autour de pont sur les côtés sud et ouest de la maison. Le dernier étage de la maison comprend une deuxième suite parentale avec salle de bain principale, deux chambres supplémentaires avec salle de bain Jack and Jill, un salon secondaire avec canapé-lit et une grande terrasse bien exposée à l’ouest de la maison. Il ya une piscine privée au niveau du sol situé sur le côté ouest de la maison. L'allée et la zone sous la maison offre un parking pour huit véhicules et plus. The house and the views are gorgeous! It is a perfect corner lot with ocean views and such a short walk to the beach. The property was exactly as described, however we had 2 issues. One of which I would consider major. First, we prepped and got ready to grill then realized the propane tank was empty. We had to pay to have it filled and we’re not offered reimbursement for that. Okay, no biggie. The major issue we had were the palmetto bugs, aka roaches. They were in the dining, kitchen and living room areas. We eventually found the source and it is the pool/beach supply closet. They were everywhere in this closet. I will say the owner did send out pest control immediately, however this really was unacceptable. They say the home is treated monthly, maybe not the pool/beach supply closet? I don’t know but it was pretty gross. We also had some small bugs in the bed that is in the first floor bedroom. I did request that they get the issue resolved before renting this space to anyone else.

Excellent location and proximity to the beach entrance and the home was perfect for our group. The bedrooms, living space, bathrooms and the kitchen were very clean and nicely decorated. The kids loved the pool and we appreciated the easy key pick up and check out. Would book again!

The house is in a great location. Property is well equipped with majority of things you need. But needs some serious maintenance - following items are in poor condition oven, dining table and chairs, sofa in main lounge. Windows kept blowing in with the wind. Several cockroaches found during our stay, property needs a thorough deep clean especially kitchen area. Urgently needs a new trash bin in kitchen, no amount of cleaning can make that good. One of the beds needs a new mattress it dips badly in the middle so much so that you need to sleep on it horizontally instead of vertically.
