We loved our stay at this historic and cozy seafront home in Kodiak! The house has so much character and charm, with breathtaking views of the canal — we watched sea lions play and boats pass by every day, right from the living room. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets and linens were top-notch — it felt like staying at a boutique hotel. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and all the thoughtful amenities made us feel completely at home. We can’t wait to come back and soak up these peaceful waterfront views again!

My family had a wonderful vacation in Kodiak and this house was the icing on the cake. It had everything we hoped for and more. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely perfect Kodiak house on the water. We will be booking next year.

This was our second time staying at this house on Kodiak, and we are very keen for there to be a third visit. The house is short 20-30 mins walk from town, and is situated at the end of the small road. The house itself is very well appointed for a long stay. The view of the inlet/bay/channel is wonderful, with passing sealions, bald eagles and fishing vessels.
The living area on the groundfloor is very well appointed, and pleasure to spend time in, either cooking, relaxing, and watching life pass by the windows.
Thank you to our hosts who took care of us again for this stay. We hope to see you again next year!
