GREAT FISHING RIGHT OFF THE DOCK! KEY COLONY BEACH
C'est l'un des meilleurs lieux de vacances de la région. Il est charmant 4 chambres / 3 salles de bain Duplex sur 3rd St. L'arrangement de couchage comprend 2 très grands lits, 1 grand lit, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit. Le salon est spacieux. Adhésion complémentaire au Cabana Club qui est à seulement 1 pâté de maisons. Le site du Cabana Club comprend une grande piscine, une plage de sable et un bar à boissons et à nourriture. Il y a une piscine privée des deux côtés du duplex. Profiter de la pêche sur le grand quai de 50 pieds. L'océan est à quelques secondes en bateau Il y a une piscine privée, air climatisé central, lave-vaisselle, WiFi. Toutes les chambres comprennent une télévision à écran plat. Avec la propriété vient 4 vélos de chaque côté et une porte intra-connexion combine les deux côtés du duplex. Les deux côtés peuvent être loués pour un total de 8 chambres et 2 piscines. Can’t beat the location and accommodations. Second time staying. VERY receptive host. AC in the master is a bit loud but I certainly appreciated having it at night regardless

Virginia and George are fantastic hosts! This was our second time here and we love it! They work hard to make you feel welcomed!Especially thankfully to George getting us checked in and getting the pool fixed in a very short window on a busy holiday week!The fishing is great, we have caught a wide variety off species the dock.Amenities are great, easy to feel right at home!

This was one of the best homes we have ever stayed in on Key Colony. It was the perfect location for fishing and was well stocked with everything we needed! We will defiantly be back, Thank you!

This was advertised as a 5 bedroom/3 bath. There were only 4 bedrooms which we were able to share a room, but it was inconvenient as we were a group of 5 women. The kitchen was very dirty, sticky cabinets, crumbs and hair in drawers, broken potato chips, etc. The house had been closed up with the heat on for a few days before we arrived and the smell inside was horrible, had to open all windows to try to air out. The outside was great but again needs some replacements and updates. One bedroom has a broken light that has been commented on in several reviews, and when I asked about it, maintenance said it is broken, but the fan works. The table lamp is not enough light for this dark bedroom without any outside windows (window into living area), and the shade is broken so you cannot open up the shade anyway (also commented on before). If the light is broken it should be replaced. George, the maintenance person was always friendly, but the maintenance or actual repairs and replacements are lacking. Furniture in living room dirty, etc. Not the furniture in the pictures. Could really be a great place but is showing its age.
