The spaces in this home worked very well for our group of 10 and were enjoyed by all. One of my adult sons said he thought it was the best house we’ve stayed in! We especially enjoyed the screened porch area and used the pool everyday. The lanai was great. It’s not the best stocked house we’ve stayed in, but we got by with what was there, so it was adequate. Having a lower level refrigerator and extra washer and dryer was really convenient and the pool table was used every day. Communication was great and when I mentioned a problem with a coffee maker on checking in, the owner had one delivered before bedtime so we would have coffee in the morning! The blackstone grill top was interesting, and since we had it we had fajitas one night and smash burgers another, but I missed not having a standard gas grill as well. We are very familiar with the Palm Harbor area and prefer it for a number of reasons. If we need this large of a house again we would not hesitate to stay again.

This home was absolutely stunning, so much room and plenty of outdoor seating. While we didn’t use the pool, it looked great and the views on the waterfront were a great way to start and end the day. Brett was very helpful as well.

The positive aspects of our vacation were:-the house was very clean. -furniture was clean and comfortable. -there were 2 washers and dryers-plenty of bedroom and bathroom space-plenty of space for gathering and cooking -the pool was warm and cleanThere were a few things that were not as ideal:-the Internet was very unreliable. We were unable to watch any television. -the lanai was very nice, but it was quite sunny and there was no umbrella. -there were 2 hard plastic lounge chairs on the lanai with no pads so they were very uncomfortable. -there was no trash/recycle bin anywhere on the property so trash was kept inside. -the property description said the garage was available for use. When I questioned getting into the garage I was informed that the garage was unavailable. On the night before checkout I received instructions for checking out. Instructions were to put trash in the bin and move it to the curb. When I communicated to Brett that there were no bins available, I was given the combination for the garage to retrieve the bin.
