It is quiet and tucked away from the busy road. Away from the chaos of the city, but an easy grab ride into the Old Quarter. However the best thing about this hotel is the staff!! This is our second stay here and the staff and owner really are the nicest people you can meet.

Location was great for me as I wanted to be close to Hanoi medical university. It's a good option if you only need somewhere to sleep and don't mind hard beds.
Almost no hot water. Dispite being a double room only equipped with towels for 1 person. I hate that there only is a glass wall into the bathroom, as there seem to be in alot of places in vietnam. And the bed was too hard for me. Annoying that I couldn't pay with my card. It turned out to be cash only.
