Waterfront / lake house steps from Acadia National Park
Construit en 2015, propre et moderne maison en bord de lac sur 8 hectares boisés et paysagés sur l'étang Seal Cove, avec vue sur le parc national Acadia. Récemment publié dans le magazine Maine Architecture. Station de bateaux en place, avec baignade complète, kayak et accès à la voile vers le lac immaculé (location de kayak / bateau à proximité). La maison est entièrement meublée confortablement, avec une cuisine moderne et bien équipée et une grande table à manger, une cheminée à bois, un canapé de 11 pieds dans le salon, un patio extérieur clos avec un grand canapé et une table à manger, Un pont ouvert avec des chaises berçantes Adirondack, un barbecue, WiFi, sonos bar, TV et autres commodités pour vous sentir comme chez vous. Réveillez-vous dans un lit confortable, entouré d'une forêt verte luxuriante, avec vue sur le lac dans votre fenêtre - et à quelques minutes en voiture de la culture, des restaurants et des aventures de l'île! Vraiment un joyau Acadia!

We rented this house for a long-planned, 3-generation family reunion. Grandparents from the US and Germany spent a wonderful week in Acadia with us and our three children. The house has more than enough space for everyone, it is well-kept and had all the amenities we were looking for. Being right at a lake topped it off. During our visit there was a technical issue but Marsha went above and beyond to have it resolved to our satisfaction. We will gladly recommend this house.

Really great property, well maintained and clean. Loved the dock and the lake. Kitchen and screened in porch were great for family time. The ceiling fans in all the bedrooms kept everyone nice and comfortable with the Maine air wafting in through the large screened windows. Location was an easy drive to everything the island has to offer.

Cool roomy house, but there is not really anywhere to hangout outside. The dock and lake access are tiny areas, basically just the end of a walk path, and do not accommodate multiple people hanging out there. Swimming as a group was not really an option. The patio isn’t huge and only had 4 chairs, so the 8 of us couldn’t even sit outside together. We came to Maine to be outdoors, but while at the house, we spent all our time IN the house . And although the house is very roomy and has plenty of space for 8, it just isn’t fun to sit inside all the time. (We did go to Acadia and surrounding areas almost every day)
