Great property, convenient location and excellent service. Very attentive owner and team.

Our family of seven stayed here while attending a World Cup game in Atlanta, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. There were plenty of gathering spaces for everyone to relax, and the kitchen was gorgeous and exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor areas were wonderful, and our three grandchildren especially loved having space to play. One of the biggest conveniences was the easy walk to the MARTA station. We used it to visit the aquarium and to get to the stadium, which made getting around Atlanta so easy.Michael was an outstanding host. He responded quickly to every question we had and graciously accommodated an earlier check-in and a little extra time for checkout, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The house also had games for the kids, and they were absolutely over the moon to have TVs in their bedrooms! This was truly a wonderful home and made our family trip even more memorable. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Michael, for such a fantastic experience!

Lovely home with plenty of space and areas for us to gather. Location was central to stores and local sites of interest. Everyone had a lovely bedroom and bath including a first floor bedroom for our oldest traveler so that stairs were not an issue. Very quiet neighborhood. Even the train rumbling through at intervals behind us was not offensive.

This is an absolutely beautiful, large and luxurious modern house done in a very tasteful manner. Lots of bedrooms with bathrooms and an extra 1/2 bath on the main floor. The back of the house has a wooded lot and there is a two car garage that can be used. Everything is modern-elegant. Mattresses are very comfortable as well. There were facial wipes to remove makeup, hand soap, cleaning supplies as well as enough paper goods to last for a stay. Guests who watch TV might want to be aware that the 2 TVs are Roku format. We have Roku and were able to sign into our YouTube TV accounts and then sign out before we left. At the time that we had rented we decided to buy bottled water and ice as the refrigerator read change filter and we could get no ice from it. Large groups may want to buy plastic cups as glasses numbered about 8 or 9. The location is very near to downtown Buckhead, which has everything, in a quiet neighborhood except for a few Marta trains in the vicinity rolling through which was not enough to bother us. There are excellent restaurants; Canoe, Ray's on the River, Desta, are very near as well as Publix and Whole Foods just a short drive. Don't bother with the highways. Take Peachtree Drive downtown so that you can see Buckhead and Atlanta locally and don't forget Pace's Ferry Drive, a scenic ride with beautiful homes. We would definitely stay at this house again
