Grande véranda, cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle portable. Porche blindé dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond, un canapé, des chaises pour jusqu'à 9 et une table à manger pouvant accueillir 4. L'entrée aux chambres du bas est par un escalier dans la zone de v�������������������randa-in. Barbecue �� charbon, t��lévision par c����ble, t��lévision 32 ", DVD, planchers de bois franc partout. Linge de maison inclus. Wifi. Interdiction de fumer. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. S'il vous plaît ne pas garer sur le bloc de ciment sur Ion Street c'est un trottoir. Parking de Middle Street.

Overall I would give them a 7/10 star rating. We love Sullivan’s Island! The house is very convenient to the beach and restaurants. We brought our golf cart so we didn’t have to leave the island the entire stay. The house has a rustic charm to it. There were a few concerns with the property: 1- needs major updating/work; luckily it was just me, my wife and our son but I noticed on day 3 that when you use the shower upstairs there is a leak like a waterfall downstairs that comes through the ceiling. That would have ruined the vacation if we had family staying downstairs with us. We adjusted by using only downstairs shower 2- there was literally only one trash bag provided in the kitchen and when I reached out to the host (Island realty) they said this is their “starter pack” and would not bring us more trash bags. That’s pretty terrible service from a property mgt company and not the owner’s fault. 3- there’s definitely pretty musty smells in the home due to the age and I would guess a lot of mold damage from water leaking I would likely rent this again but only if it had the maintenance/work completed that needs to be done on the house

When we arrive to the house we were very pleased with how fun it was, there were multiple rooms where you could gather or sit by yourself and read we walked down to the restaurants just a couple blocks away. Plenty of parking in the backyard seemed like a great house. Unfortunately there were some Plumbing issues that came up so we were only able to stay one night. The rental agent did get us a new home to stay in but we were sad to leave that house.

The house is older so some of the things that were a little difficult came from the older house. We were somewhat concerned when first checking in how hot and humid it was inside. The property manager explained how we could adjust to the lowest setting of 70. I had 9 people to stay in the 5 br house. Two of the bedrooms were downstairs but what we didn’t know they were downstairs off the frontprorch which would give access to someone from the street unless the front outside porch door was not kept locked. These room would be cooled off by one unit for both the upstairs and downstairs (outside) down some stairs. The downstairs bedrooms two other rooms a sitting room and a TV room ‘s doors had to be kept closed in order to keep them cool from the upstairs unit. The upstairs bathroom was very dirty. The track on the tin was full of dust and debris. The floor were equally dirty and each corner filled with dust. All the furniture was full of dust and rugs didn’t look like they had been vacuumed in a very long time. The kitchen had clean towels out but had holes in the counter next to the sink which was covered up. The garbage disposal would shoot water and debris out when you used it. The refrigerator where you get water and ice was covered in black mold and mildew. And had a leak which we reported. Couldn’t turn the fans on due to them being so high up. The ceiling bulged and looked as if it could fall in. A cleaning charge was made to us but the house was not cleaned.
