This property was the perfect place to spend our long weekend. The condo was exactly as listed and was in the best location to downtown. The owner was really responsive and very accommodating to everything we needed. We come to Breckenridge every summer and could definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in the heart of town. The apartment was very clean when we got there. The Host was great with communication. We loved the keyless entry. I did not realize that the apartment did not have AC. It got warm at night in the apartment and we did not feel comfortable leaving the windows open since the apartment was on the 1st floor. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable. They are over stuffed so it hurt my neck. I just took a towel from the bathroom and folded it to used it as a pillow. Other than that, We enjoyed our stay.

Pleases: good location, well stocked kitchen, nice microwave and stove, plenty of dishes, owner let us check in early!
Negatives: pullout sofa dirty mattress, shutter shades broken, won’t stay open, extractor fan vents dirty, dishwasher old/noisy - rack misfit and door opens more than 90 degree angle, cable tv in bedroom doesn’t work and hot tub was advertised but it had a board over it and obviously hadn’t been used. Neighbors smoke pot outside on porch in evenings and mornings.
