We have stayed in a different condo in this same group of buildings before, and were very happy to be here again. The location is great, just 1/4 mile down Cass to the waterfront. There are plenty of food/drink options nearby. We tried Firefly for the first time and loved it! Bike trails are also not far away, which was why we were here this weekend. The condo was clean and well stocked with the basics we needed. There were bottles of water and a bottle of wine in the fridge which was sweet. The bed is very comfortable! Parking is awful, with about 12 spaces available for 3 buildings. The access instructions just said first come, first serve, so we weren’t sure what the best option was when there was no available parking in the lot. We ended up in the ramp next door one night (25) and were able to do street parking for free about a block away the 2nd night. We had some trouble getting into the unit, but once Paula got our messages, she got it resolved and we didn’t have any other problems. I was surprised by the 100 cleaning fee as part of the rate, but don’t generally use VRBO so maybe that’s standard. We would definitely look to stay in these condos again.

Perfect place to stay for the Cherry Festival! Walking distance from anything we wanted to do. Paula was a great communicator and the apartment was wonderful. The little touches made us feel right at home. Will definitely visit again!

We love this place!! We stayed last year also and the host is amazing the property is beautiful and it is so clean and organized. It’s located so close to all of the great things TC have to offer from wineries, the commons and downtown to parks and ttails. We would recommend this place always!
