Gina's place was exactly as described. Although we did not cook there, the essentials needed to do so were available. The parking space was a big plus as we rented a car to drive around the island although one was not needed if we only planned to go to the beach and stay in Waikiki. There were several good restaurants located close by. It was nice to grab breakfast and walk across the street to eat on the beach. We had an issue with the shower, but Gina responded immediately and the issue was resolved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Dedicated parking was PERFECT! Exactly what we needed!!

We just completed our third stay at this condo in the Tradewinds and each time we come we love it more. This year we experienced less street noise and the garbage trucks were coming at better times of day. The common areas are well maintained and the laundry machines and elevator all ran smoothly with no issues.We visit Oahu often and have stayed in many different hotels and condos throughout the years. We appreciate that this is a secure building, with a designated parking space. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, snorkels, literally everything needed to enjoy playing at the beach, which is just a short block away. The kitchen is also stocked with everything needed to cook full meals and has a full-size fridge. We highly recommend this condo

Pros- designated parking: This was my main priority as I was renting a car and did not want to worry about parking. There’s a designated spot provided behind the gate which was convenient and felt safe- Extra beach towels, googles, snorkels, etc provided which I find really nice especially if you plan on going to the beach multiple times and want a fresh towel. Snacks were also left by the host which was nice - Good water pressure - One block away from the beach and many shops and restaurants. - The host was very responsive. I had issues locating the laundry room and she was quick to help Cons- upon arrival, my key fob wasn’t working. The bnb is located on a one way street with a steep decline so it was impossible for me to move or back up with another car behind me. Luckily the property managers happened to be the ones to pull up behind me and let me into the gate as well as get me a working key fob. - this room is located between two hostels which would get pretty loud at night. It does not help that the windows are jalousie windows and does not keep all the sound out, so it can feel like you’re right outside and can hear everything. - although there is a AC unit in the room, the host required that it be turned off when you leave. Hawaii is very hot. So after a long day in the sun, it would have been nice to come back to an air conditioned room. Even on the max setting, it doesn’t make the room very cool and it’s very loud.
