Orienté vers la vie en plein air. Profitez d'un foyer de plage de sable, d'une terrasse pour les repas, d'un salon et d'une cabane. Camping car 32 pieds, chambre avec lits superposés a 2 lits doubles et 2 lits jumeaux, divan convertible et table à manger convertit en lits doubles, et chambre des maîtres queen size. Nous offrons également des options de tente. Double Kayak, flotteurs, jouets de l'eau et paddle board. Volley-ball, badminton, pétanque, lancer de corde et croquet. À quelques minutes des boutiques et des restaurants et à proximité des aéroports de Burlington, Plattsburg et Montréal. Excellents loisirs nautiques, parcs locaux, pêche, chasse au canard et détente. L'eau du lac est filtrée pour tout sauf pour boire. BESOIN D'EAU POTABLE À INTRODUIRE. Notre propriété est la longueur de la digue. S'IL VOUS PLAÎT ne pas aller sur les terres des voisins. Merci de respecter leur vie privée. Pas d'internet au camp, internet local gratuit à proximité. Téléviseur pour DVD uniquement, nombreux sont les choix possibles.

It was pretty much as presented and what was expected. Its definitely a camping type experience without having to sleep on the ground.
We used the kayaks provided and we were able to catch perch and small mouth right from the kayaks in the middle of the bay. The marina is just down the street and we rented a boat that allowed us to fish the greater bay and even out into Lake Champlain.
So the location is what its all about. The water supply for the camper does in fact smell. It not being drinkable was ok but it was definitely a bit of a challenge to deal with the smell from the shower and sinks.

Great location that gave us a good hub for exploring a lot of Northern Vermont. We love camper life, so it worked well for us having the best of both worlds. Kids enjoyed fishing, they vaight a decent sized bass and some perch. Close to some great hiking and a day trip to Stowe and Danville.

The pictures of the camper depicted the space very well.
There is no wifi (for some reason I thought there was, probably got confused after looking at so many properties), and the cell signal is very weak, this is good if you’re looking to « unplug », for us, it was problematic, we couldn’t lookup the weather forecast, couldn’t use the Verbo app to communicate with the property owner, she did provide her cell phone, but texts were not going through, and even conversations were constantly cutting out.
The outdoors were not in a very attractive state, cushions left out with the outdoor furniture were soggy and infested with bugs, the locker is in disarray, overflowing with things that are not organised, just piled on top of each other. The BBQ’s back burner didn’t work, so it was a struggle just to get 300F out of it, which made cooking a challenge.
In all fairness, the property owner was great, she got the dock fixed and working after major flooding so we could use our boat, I’m sure she would have worked to fix all the little issues we had as well, but we caught her in a very busy time, and as I mentioned, the communication was challenging (for reference, she responded to a voice mail by leaving me a voice mail, which finally came through a day after I got home…)
Go there to unplug and for the amazing sunsets, otherwise, maybe not…
