Get Swept Away into the Serenity of Kure Beach
Swept Away est situé au 127 North Fort Fisher Boulevard, juste en face de Kure Beach et à un pâté de maisons de l'emblématique jetée de pêche de Kure Beach. Il a été récemment rénové avec deux chambres (lits queen) chacune avec placard, une salle de bain, cuisine (grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière / four, vaisselle, cafetière, micro-ondes, mixeur, ustensiles). Coin repas avec table et chaises à abattants, canapé confortable et télévision (avec câble de base), WIFI dédié et Bluetooth. Il possède sa propre unité centrale de climatisation pour votre confort. Patio avant avec ensemble de patio et un gril à gaz (et barbecue au charbon) disponible pour utilisation. Un pâté de maisons des restaurants locaux - Jack Mackerel's, Freddie's et Big Daddy's.

We enjoyed our stay at Kure Beach! The location was great for the price! It was just a block and a half from the beach. Easy to walk! There was so much in walking distance, coffee, breakfast, a few restaurants, and the pier. Very laid back. The cottage was clean and neat and had a basic kitchen set up. There was only salt and pepper provided for cooking. The basics for pots and pans. Plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware, and cooking utensils. Plan on a grocery run if you want to cook meals while there and don’t forget spices, cooking oil, condidments, etc. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.The 2 bedrooms are identical and each had a small dresser in the closet. The beds were very firm. If you like extra blankets and pillows plan to bring them with you as there were no extras in the closest. Same for beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, water bottles, ice packs, etc. We had an issue with the air conditioning on our 2nd day. Still unsure what happened other than it quit working. It took 6 hours before we had a response back from the owner. We ended up making a trip out to Walmart to purchase fans once the cottage got up to 84 inside around 10pm. The a/c repairman did come in the next morning around 10am and the unit was up and running again. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay with basic amenities.

Thank you, Terri, for hosting us at your cottage for my future husband and I to both do some wedding preparation as well as be Swept Away at Kure! We really appreciated the communication through out and making sure we were taken care of!

The cottage was beautiful and the hosts are really kind! Terri reached out to let us know about a local concert and gave us a calendar with gorgeous photos she had taken around the beach. We'll definitely book here again if possible when we come back to Kure Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, its close to the beach and pier and had all we needed for a short trip.Terri was welcoming and incredibly helpful with recommendations for dinner and the local area, and definitely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.We hope to return in future.
